Last year I got married. My partner and I were thinking a lot of time where we should travel for the honeymoon. Sadly, the decision was not easy. After a few weeks of research we decided to choose Santorini as our destination. But this was not the only decision. When we already knew our destination, we had to make our minds where we were going to stay.

First of all, the room itself was amazing. If you atay in a honeymoon hotel, you could be sure that there is 1 huge king bed with romantically furnished bathroom. Our room had also a lot of other great features. For example, there was a wide bathtub, ideally for a couple. However, the most amazing element was our private veranda. I never considered it to be a romantic thing, but this turned out to be my favourite one. As a result of fact that this was private, I didn’t have to worry about our clothes or the fact that any other guests could see what we are doing. We spent there lots of unforgettable moments while watching sunsets.

Secondly, the hotel was placed in a quiet part of the city. This may sound trivial but it is greatly crucial. Just trust me. During the honeymoon you shouldn’t be angry about loud music in the evening or street noises in the morning. This could destroy any romantic moment. As a result of the hotel location, we didn’t have to worry about noises at any moment!

Last but not least – the service was just outstanding. I believe that that is essential as rude staff could ruin your humour for the rest of the evening. The staff in our hotel was just amazing. I think this is connected with the fact that memers of staff know that guests have their honeymoon so they make any effort to create a magical atmosphere. Definitely, I certainly would recommend 1 of the santorini honeymoon hotels. My partner and I have spent there the best moments of our life. Without a doubt, we would come back there 1 day. Perhaps for a wedding anniversary?
